Year 7 Netball vs Central Venue League: See report

Our girls played their first competitive fixture in the above competition. They played a total of 4 games during which they tried out a variety of netball positions. Although they did not score many goals, everyone played with commitment and enthusiasm.

Congratulations and thanks to Sophie Ewin, Victoria Jazwinska and Ashlynn Densham Gibbons in year 9 who umpired our games with confidence and skill. They are currently undergoing umpire training to complete their junior umpiring award.

Year 9 Netball vs Central Venue League: See report

Our year 9 netball team played in their first Central Venue League competition this week. The squad of 8 girls played exceptionally well throughout the competition and maintained high standards of fast, accurate team play. They were passionate in their approach and really pulled out all the stops to achieve some excellent scores. They are already looking forward to the second tournament where they will be able to take on 4 other schools.

Sophie Ewin played exceptionally well and was very influential in her attacking play in the circle. She was selected as player of the match for all 3 games. Well done Sophie.

Year 10 and 11 Netball vs Central Venue League: See report

St Luke's played in this year's first central venue league tournament of the season playing against 2 schools from Exeter and East Devon.

Both teams played with great enthusiasm and skill in their first competitive competition of the year.

Congratulations to all players who demonstrated great teamwork and competitive spirit.
